The book was initially set to be retailed for $24.95, but other retailers charge up to $80.00 and more because it had become so rare before Burk-Elder: Hale, Third was given complete rights to take over the business and the remaining stock of the books by the author for US distribution. All books are new and unused (most still in the original three-pack plastic rappers and boxes from from the printers). You may inquire for author-autographed copies of the English hardback book and obtain one for a donation.
